As summer begins to wind down and families prepare for the new school year, Telluride remains vibrant, with visitors and locals continuing to squeeze everything the season has to offer. Fingers crossed for a great mushroom foraging season and don't forget that there are still many exciting events on the calendar, including the renowned Telluride Film Festival.
In the real estate market, July continued to show encouraging momentum, with 12% more properties selling than last July. Similar to June, while increased inventory is providing buyers with more choices, well-priced properties continue to attract strong interest, creating opportunities for both buyers and sellers.
