January Update

Happy New Year!

2021 broke all real estate records in Telluride with over $1.4 Billion in real estate sales! While at times it feels like we are getting 'discovered', Telluride remains a stunning and quiet hideaway in the heart of the rocky mountains.

In addition to skiing this winter, Telluride has a lot of new and fun adventures to be had! Rent a fat tire bike and cruise down to the Telluride Brewing Company. Take a luxury snowcat and have a divine dinner at Alpino Vino. Grab Nordic skis or snowshoes and explore the many local trails. Enjoy dinner and panoramic views of town at Allred’s restaurant. Have a relaxing spa day at the Peaks Hotel or Hotel Madeline.

The lack of inventory in the real estate market has made our job even more important to help you find the perfect property, so please be contact us!

Regards,
Josh & Katja
